Security Deposit or Bond
•
Request a security deposit of 60 € to be paid at the
time of handing over the keys in cash.
• The cash bond shall be delivered to our check-in
staff who will respond to your arrival at the apartment, and he will also be
returned in cash upon departure, after assuring that the apartment is located
in the same condition in which
delivered. If the apartment or its components
have been damaged, you may deduct a portion of the bond. and if the apartment
is excessively dirty (plates, glasses and kitchen utensils must be clean on
departure) are also deducted 30 euros
